Dr Pooja Rai

Dr Pooja Rai brings a wealth of experience and dedication since graduating in 2003. She has practiced in private and public sectors across Australia including Perth, Canberra and
Brisbane. Dr. Rai continuously strives to stay at the forefront of modern dentistry and believes in lifelong learning. She has completed her Fellowship in General Dentistry with the
Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons FRACDS (GDP).

Dr Rai practices ethical, empathetic, and evidence-based dentistry, offering a comprehensive range of dental services. Her areas of special interest include oral surgery,
implant dentistry and smile designing. She is very passionate about clinical supervision, tutoring and mentoring dental students and young graduates. She has a strong inclination to clinical research and epidemiology and has obtained a Master’s degree in public health.

Beyond clinical practice, she is dedicated to giving back to the community. She has volunteered at overseas dental camps and participated in the Australian Dental Foundation’s Adopt a Patient program. She takes pride in building trust with her patients, helping to alleviate the fear often associated with dental care, and cherishes the gratitude expressed by her patients, especially those who overcome dental anxiety under her care.

In her personal life, Pooja enjoys quality time with her husband and two young children. She is an avid nature lover and enjoys hiking and spending time in nature. She is excited to take ownership of MP Dental and working in close collaboration with Dr Ajay and the dedicated team.
